Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with other provisions, rules and regulations, as applicable, CEAT has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2024, and to take on record, the Limited Review Report thereon. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the underlying Code of the Company and other applicable rules and regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, is closed with effect from January 1, 2025, and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of aforesaid results unless communicated otherwise.
