Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Deepak Nitrite has informed that it enclosed a copy of certificate, received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India (RTA), which confirms that the securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended 31st December,2024, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on Stock Exchange(s), where earlier issued securities are listed. Further, it has also confirmed by the RTA that the security certificates received from depository participants for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner, within the time limit prescribed under the abovementioned Regulation.
