Rudra Gas Enterprise has received approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of subsidiary of the company in the name of ‘Rudra Global Green Energy’ on January 03, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same. Incorporation of subsidiary has enabled the company to expand the business horizons and to achieve a common goal by sharing resources and expertise to improve the performance of the company.
Rudra Gas Enterprise is engaged in various facets of the infrastructure sector. It is mainly engaged in gas distribution network projects, fiber cable network, renting of construction machinery and vehicles.
