In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and further to its previous communications regarding the subject matter dated November 29, 2023; December 1, 2023; December 4, 2023; January 8, 2024; January 11, 2024; May 23, 2024; and August 14, 2024, Aether Industries has informed that the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB), through its communication received today, has revoked the closure order issued on November 29, 2023, following the fire incident, for Manufacturing Facility II. Consequently, the facility is now approved for 100% resumption of operations. The Company will commence full-capacity operations at Manufacturing Facility II upon ensuring compliance with the stipulated conditions.
