IIRM Holdings India has completed the acquisition of 100% of the paid-up share capital of Sampada Business Solutions (Sampada). Upon completion of this acquisition, Sampada becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of IIRM Holdings India.
Earlier, the company had received approval to acquire remaining 25,006 (0.07%) Equity Shares of Sampada to make it 100% Wholly owned Subsidiary company.
IIRM Holdings India is specialized in production and distribution of complete range of Roto Moulded Products which are made from plastics resins and are essentially substitute for steel, wood & RCC in wide variety of applications.
