In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Sagar Soya Products has informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, Tuesday 14th January, 2025, the Board has approved change in name of the Company from SAGAR SOYA PRODUCTS LIMITED to SIGNATURE GREEN CORPORATION LIMITED OR SIGNATURE GREEN VENTURES LIMITED any other name as may be made available by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and agreed upon by the Board of Directors of the Company, Central Registration Centre (CRC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and subject to the approval of Shareholders in general meeting or any other authority as may be necessary. Subject to name availability and approval of the CRC, the Company will make application to BSE under Regulation 45 of SEBI Listing Regulations for in-principle approval to change the name of the Company.
