Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed for all Directors, Insiders, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from January 1st, 2025 and the said window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor for the 3rd Quarter/ 9 months ended on December 31st, 2024 is made public.
