In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’) read with Clause 19 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, Indo Rama Synthetics (India) has informed that the company has received a Show Cause Notice from Office of the Commissioner, Customs Commissionerate, GST Bhavan, Telangkhedi Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur- 440001 and have been asked to submit its reply within 30 days of the receipt of Show Cause Notice issued under the respective provisions of Customs Act, 1962 for the alleged violations of the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962.
