Gail (India) and SEFE Marketing & Trading Singapore have entered into a settlement agreement dated January 15, 2025. The terms of the settlement agreement include payment of $285 million by SEFE Marketing & Trading Singapore to GAIL (India) and withdrawal of arbitration proceedings before London Court of International Arbitration.
