In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 20135, Surana Telecom And Power has informed that the company has been awarded a Letter of Award (‘LOA’) of Solar Power developer (SPD) for solar photovoltaic power generating stations of an aggregate capacity of 54 MW (AC) under Mukhyamanatri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojna 2.0 a scheme launched for implementation of feeder level Solarisation under Component C of PM-KUSUM Scheme from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. (A Govt. of Maharashtra Undertaking). This project will be located in the state of Maharashtra. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBIV/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are annexed to this letter.
