Calcom Vision has incorporated subsidiary company in name of 'Calcom Astra' on January 17, 2025. The subsidiary shall carry on the business of exporting the electronic goods manufactured by the company.
Earlier, the company had received approval from Board of Directors to incorporate subsidiary company namely ‘Calcom Astra’ or any other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs by way of subscription of 7000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in the paid up share capital of the Proposed Company.
Calcom Vision is engaged in the manufacturing & export of PCB, resistors, connectors; SMPS power supply, cord, CTV chassis, mobile charger, inverter, and emergency light.
