ln pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A (sub para 20) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Nitin Spinners has informed that Ld. Deputy Commissioner (A), Ajmer in old matter related to 2OL3-L4 & 2OL4-L5 passed penalty order of Rs 6,13,32176 & Rs 4,45,18,388 respectively under the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act. The Company is in process to file appeal with the Hon'ble Rajasthan Tax Board and confident that relief shall be given by the Board as the similar penalty was earlier deleted by the Hon'ble Rajasthan Tax Board.
