Further, with reference to its letter dated December 26th 2024, regarding intimation of closure of trading window pursuant to The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 1st 2025 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31st 2024.
