The Company has received an intimation from TGEPL on January 22, 2024 at 10:25 am (IST) that the certificate of incorporation of TU28 has been issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The details as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed.
