Gulshan Polyols has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024. Further, in continuation of earlier intimation dated December 24, 2024 regarding closure of Trading Window, Gulshan Polyols has informed that Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2025 to February 1, 2025 (both days inclusive) for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
