Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations), Vinati Organics has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 1st February, 2025, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon. Further, vide letter dated December 26, 2024, it has informed about the closure of 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
