Credit rating agency, CRISIL has assigned its ‘AA/Stable’ rating to the non-convertible debentures (NCD) of Kalpataru Power Transmission. The rating agency has reaffirmed ratings on the company’s bank facilities and short term debt programme at ‘AA/Stable/ A1+’.
The company has received the said ratings on the back of its sound track record in the transmission line tower (TLT) business, diversified revenue profile, and adequate financial risk profile, driven by a strong capital structure.
