VVIP Infratech has informed that pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable Provisions of the Act read with Companies (Management and Administration Rules 2014), the Postal Ballot Notice Dated 24th January 2025, are being sent through electronic mode via link provided in the email today to all Registered Members whose name appears in Register of Members as on Sunday, the 20th January 2025, seeking approval for the variation in the utilization of IPO Proceeds Rs 10.49 crore, which is originally allocated for Capital Expenditure, will now be used for Working Capital purposes.
