Refex Industries’ subsidiary--Venwind Refex Power (VRPL) has signed its first ever term sheet for supply of WTGs and Tubular Towers for 153.7 MW wind power projects, including tubular tower and O&M, by Torrent Solar Power, to be set-up in the State of Karnataka. The said contract is expected to be executed by April 16, 2026.
