Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Jumbo Bag has informed that Bharathi J, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from close of business hour on 25th January, 2025. Consequent to the aforementioned resignation her successor shall be appointed shortly and G.S. Anil Kumar, Managing Director will be the Compliance officer for the interim period. The required details pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed herewith as Annexure - I.
