NTPC Green Energy has enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine-months ended on 3pt December 2024, in the prescribed format as required under Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This communication also be considered as the Integrated Filing (Financial) for the above-mentioned period, in accordance with the SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31 December 2024. The results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and approved by the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on 25th January 2025. Further, as required under Regulation 33(2)(c) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, also enclosed is a copy of the 'Limited Review Report' by the Statutory Auditors on the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the for the quarter and nine-months ended on 31st December 2024. The 'Limited Review Report' has been placed before the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 25th January 2025. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:45 am and concluded at 01:00 pm.
