Sudarshan Pharma Industries has entered into a Technology Transfer Agreement dated January 24, 2025 with Uttaranchal University, Dehradun and taken the rights, interest and ownership of Patent (Preparation of Bioplastic from Stubble of Rice, Aloe Vera waste, PVA And Glycerol plasticizer), published by the Government of India, The patent Office.
As per the Agreement, the company has taken the rights, interest and ownership in aforesaid Patents shall vest exclusively with the company for a period of 5 years commencing from January 24, 2025.
Sudarshan Pharma Industries is engaged in contract manufacturing, outsource & Supply of Generic Pharma formulation and medicines to healthcare institution, Government, NGO and Hospitals.
