Panasonic Energy India Co. informs about resignation of CS cum CO

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Panasonic Energy India Co. has informed that the Company has received a letter dated October 30, 2024 from Sraban Kumar Karan tendering his resignation from the post of ‘Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) and Nodal Officer’ of the Company with effect from November 30, 2024 to pursue his professional aspirations. The resignation letter was placed before the Board of Directors at the board meeting held on November 8, 2024, for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation. Sraban Karan was relieved from his services as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) and Nodal Officer’ of the Company with effect from November 30, 2024 after business hours. Company has already intimated about the resignation to BSE vide letter dated November 5, 2024, but it remains to attach a copy of the resignation letter with the covering letter. As per the requirement, the company has attached disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, with regard to change in Key Managerial Personnel is given under and also resignation letter received from Sraban Kumar Karan, company secretary of the company and request take the same on the record. Information as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is enclosed as Annexure 1.
