DLF has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2024 (Q3FY25).
The company has reported a net loss of Rs 166.09 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to net profit of Rs 436.66 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 12.20% at Rs 1253.75 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 1117.40 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 61.46% rise in its net profit at Rs 1058.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, as compared to Rs 655.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.72% at Rs 1737.47 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 1643.51 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
