General Insurance Corporation of India has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on 3rd February 2025, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Corporation for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 and transact any other matter which the Board may deem fit. Further to letter number GIC-HO/BOARD/SE-CTW-3/248/2024-25 dated 27th December 2024, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares of the Corporation have been closed for designated persons as per the Corporation’s insider trading code and will reopen from expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above financial results.
