Narayana Hrudayalaya has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sunglow Realties (BCM Group) to set-up hospital infrastructure to be run and operated by Narayana Hrudayalaya with capacity of 200 beds in the central Bengaluru region.
Under the binding MoU, Sunglow Realties shall construct and lease to Narayana Hrudayalaya a hospital building in the Central Bengaluru region on a long term basis subject to the terms of the MoU with customary payment terms, representation and warranties and obligations under such nature of understanding. The Project is expected to commence operations in about 3.5 years.
