Bodhi Tree Multimedia has received approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company by name ‘Bodhi Digital Media’. The incorporation of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving digital media and entertainment space and will help the Company in becoming more customer focus. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on January 27, 2025, have approved the same.
Bodhi Tree Multimedia is primarily engaged in content production for television, films and other digital platforms.
