Indian Acrylics has informed that the next Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 13th day of February, 2025, to take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31/12/2024. Further, in continuation to earlier intimation dated December 25, 2024, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed for Company's designated persons and their immediate relatives, with effect from January 1, 2025 and same shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results of the Company to the public.
