Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and in furtherance to its intimation dated January 17, 2025, Gateway Distriparks has informed that the Company has again received a Rectification Order on January 29, 2025, issued by Income Tax Department for the financial years 2018-19 of the erstwhile Gateway Distriparks wherein an sum of INR 1,48,38,647/- being revised to an amount of INR 1,08,25,072/- for the above mentioned year. The details required as per the aforesaid SEBI Circular is enclosed as Annexure ‘A’.
