Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window closure for trading by Designated Persons, commenced on 1st January, 2025 and shall end on 10th February, 2025 i.e after 48 hours of the declaration of quarterly financial results for the Company on 8th February, 2025.
