Further, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives is already closed from January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of said financial results of the Company.
