Vibhor Steel Tubes has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Vibhor Steel Tubes is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 05th February 2025, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months period ended 31st December 2024; and any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in continuation of letter dated 25th December 2024, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Company’s Securities was closed for all Directors/ Designated Employees from the opening of the trading hours on Wednesday, 1st January, 2025, which shall remain closed till the closure of trading hours on 07th February, 2025 (both days inclusive) i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after conclusion of the Board meeting as per the policy for prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time.
