In reference to letter dated 27th January, 2025 wherein the Company has uploaded the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 27th January, 2025, The New India Assurance Company has uploading again the revised outcome as one of the Joint Auditors signature was missing on the ‘Independent Auditor’s Limited Review Report’ on Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results. The inadvertent error now stands rectified. This revised upload has no material impact on the results uploaded earlier.
