BLS International Services’ step-down subsidiary -- Visametric Vize Hizmetleri ve Danismanlik Dis Ticaret Anonim Sirketi has subscribed the share capital of Visametric Albania SHPK, a company incorporated under the laws of Albania.
Consequent to such subscription Visametric Albania SHPK, became a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the company (SD-SWOS). The SDS-WOS shall inter- alia deal in the existing range of business. The cost of acquisition is euro 106.
