Chemfab Alkalis has received approval to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of “Chemfab Hiitech Piping” with authorized capital of Rs 5 Lakh. This subsidiary will be operating in the manufacturing of OPVC pipes and other allied chemical business activities. The Board of Directors at the meeting held on January 30, 2025, approved the same.
Chemfab Alkalis is one of the first major chemical organizations in India to introduce and implement innovative technologies successfully and stay at the forefront of the industry.
