In reference to its previous communication dated February 17, 2024, concerning the show cause notice issued by DGGI, Ahmedabad, the company had submitted its response to the adjudicating officer at that time. Purohit Construction has informed that today, the Company has received GST demand order from the Office of the Additional Commissioner, CGST, Ahmedabad South, Ahmedabad. The requisite information in this regard as per Para A of Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given as Annexure – ‘A’.
