Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and company's (EIL's) Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events/Information, Engineers India has informed about the following: The company has recently been appointed as a ‘Project Management Consultant on Depository mode for Development of an Academic Institute of National Importance with a project cost of approximately Rupees 1200 crore. In this regard, a contract agreement was signed between the Institute and Engineers India. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master circular number dated 11.11.2024, is attached.
