Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, Fiem Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024. In this regard, it has further informed that in terms of Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives (‘Code of Conduct-PIT’), the ‘Trading Window’ would continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results.
