Medico Remedies has informed that furtherance to communication dated 27th December, 2024 in connection with the Postal Ballot conducted by the Company for seeking approval of the Shareholders for matter set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 26th December, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they hereby submitted the following: Voting Results as required pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 marked as Annexure-I; and Scrutinizers’ Report on e-Voting Results on resolution passed through Postal Ballot marked as Annexure-II. The said resolution as set out in Postal Ballot Notice is passed with the requisite majority.
