Ansal Housing has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th February, 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (on Standalone and Consolidated basis) for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2024. In terms of Company's ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and further to earlier intimation dated 24th December, 2024, the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) which commenced with effect from 1st January, 2025 shall continue to remain closed till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2024.
