Faced with steep plunge in Financial Technologies' (FTIL) share price, Reliance Capital Trustee Company offloaded 2.6% in company. Individually, Reliance Capital Trustee Company sold 7.80 lakh shares of FTIL on the National Stock Exchange, while another 4.10 lakh scrips of the company were offloaded on the BSE. These 11.91 lakh shares together constituted 2.58% stake in FTIL.
Financial Technologies shares plunged near 65% in a single day on August 1 after its subsidiary NSEL's decision to suspend trading of all agriculture-related contracts and defer the settlement, sparked fears of cash crunch and default of payment in the Financial Technology-promoted commodity bourse.
