With reference to its intimation dated 30th November 2022 regarding Initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (‘CIRP’) in the case of the company, the Corporate Debtor (‘the Company’) under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Accordingly, in furtherance thereof, pursuant to Regulation 30 (Schedule III, Part A, Clause A) of the Listing Regulations, 2015. RCI Industries & Technologies has informed that the 29th meeting of the CoC of the Company was to be duly convened and conducted on Thursday, 30th January 2025 at 03:09 pm and the meeting was concluded at 03:55 pm. At the aforesaid meeting, the Resolution Professional of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, about the status & the way forward of CIRP process in terms of the activities / milestones as stipulated under the Code. This is a Post Facto intimation of the meeting of the CoC.
