In continuation to the communication submitted on 23.12.2024, SSPDL has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of SSPDL will be held on Thursday, the 13th day of February, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2024. In view of the above, the Company has noted that the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed till 15.02.2025 i.e., trading window is closed from 1st January, 2025 to 15th February, 2025.
