In terms of regulations 30 of SEBI listing regulations, camlin fine sciences has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, vide Circular Resolution no. 2/2024-25 passed on February 4, 2025, approved the appointment of Abeezar Faizullabhoy (DIN: 00264422) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the first term of 5 years with effect from February 4, 2025.
