Sagarsoft (India) has accorded its approval for investment of $8,54,000 for acquiring 100% stake in Elite Computer Consultants (ECOM), L.P., by its subsidiary ITCATS LLC, USA. The acquisition is a step towards expanding its business operations. The transaction is expected to be completed within one year. IT CA TS LLC will be holding 100% in ECOM.
