Tata Chemicals India has reported results for second quarter ended June 30, 2013.
The company has reported a rise of 47.41% in its net profit at Rs 100.43 crore for the quarter as compared to a net profit of Rs 68.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income from operation of the company has increased by 9.52% at Rs 1692.48 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1545.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
On the consolidated basis, the group registered a fall of 30.10% in its net profit at Rs 75.21 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 107.59 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company, on consolidated basis, has increased by 7.74% at Rs 3311.59 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 3073.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
