Dahisar is a fast-growing micro-market and the project is strategically located in proximity to Dahisar Station, Anand Nagar Metro Station and Western Express Highway.
The company is poised for significant business growth with a robust pipeline of 16 projects in the MMR region of which 6 ongoing developments and 10 upcoming developments.
Earlier, the company had acquired a 4 acres land parcel in Goregaon West and it is currently leased to Filmistan and with a projected revenue of Rs 2000 Crore.
