Sanwaria Agro Oils gets nod to hive off wind power business

Sanwaria Agro Oils has received an approval for hiving off wind power business from the company to its group company Sanwaria Energy (SEL) and subsequent listing of Sanwaria Energy on the exchanges to unlock the value for all stakeholders. The board at its meeting held on November 14, 2011 has approved for the same.

Sanwaria Agro Oils manufactures soya de-oiled cakes, soya crude oil and soya refined oil through the solvent extraction process. It sells a part of its soya refined oil under the brand names - Narmada, Sulabh and Sanwaria.
