Orient Paper & Industries has informed that it enclosed a copy of Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of Members of the Company for resolutions as set out in the said Postal Ballot Notice. In compliance of the various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent in electronic mode to only those Members whose names appear on the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 7th February, 2025 ('Cut-Off Date'). The voting period will commence at 9:00 AM (IST) on Monday, 17th February, 2025 and ends at 5:00 PM (IST) on Tuesday, 18th March, 2025.
