The new entity is engaged in the processing, distribution, and sale of chemical solutions and related product, including the acquisition of raw materials, processing into finished goods. The corporation can further engage in any other lawful business purpose. Further, it can also do manufacturing & sale of Vinati Organics products and to explore other opportunities in the U.S. market.
